Every camping light order follows our strict QC process:
Incoming material inspection: All LED chips, batteries, plastic housings, and circuit boards are checked before production.
In process quality control: Assembly line workers and QC inspectors check soldering, lens alignment, and switch function at each station.
Finished product testing: Every unit is powered on and tested for brightness modes, charging function, and waterproof seal before packing.
Batch sampling test: Random samples from each batch go through extended runtime test and drop test.
